The furnace shutdown protection agent SGR1912 is used for decommission protection during the overhaul period of the unit, and can also be used for longer-term shutdown (spare) protection of the unit. Add a stop protection agent to the water vapor system once before the unit stops, which has a long-term anti-rust protection effect on the decommission of the unit for more than two years. The agent also exhibits a certain ability to remove metal oxide scale on the surface, which can reduce boiler scaling and clean the surface of steam turbine blades, and the furnace stop protector has no adverse effect on the water quality when the unit is restarted.
2、使用方法 How to use
If conditions permit, a special dosing system for deactivating rust inhibitors can be added (equipped with a large-output dosing pump and a solution box). When unconditionally adding a special dosing system, the original water supply plus ammonia system and phosphate system can be used.
Specific use of operating procedures:
1 Stop adding phate to the furnace water and adding ammonia to the water before the unit stops;
2 After determining the start of the unit&＃39;s sliding stop operation, stop to the appropriate thermal parameters, such as the steam bag pressure of 8-9MPa, the corresponding saturation temperature of 300 °C, and when the superheated steam temperature is not higher than 500 °C, start the relevant dosing pump or related valve, add the furnace protection agent to the water supply water and the furnace
3 After the liquid is added, rinse the solution tank and the pipeline of the dosing system with desalination water, and run stably for two hours as far as possible under the subthermal parameters. The unit will stop according to the normal shutdown process, and the furnace discharge the furnace water;
4 Based on the water volume of the water vapor system, the dosage is 150-250mg/L (calculated according to the effective concentration).

25kg or 50kg plastic bucket packaging; store in a cool and dry place, and stay away from oxidants and acids. During transportation and storage, the furnace stop protection agent must strictly prevent contamination and impurities, and be stored at room temperature for less than 12 months.

Pay attention to labor protection when operating, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and rinse with a large amount of water immediately after contact.
